Dear League Member:

We welcome you to the 2026 Annual Meeting of the League of Women Voters of Thurston County (LWVTC). The annual meeting provides an opportunity to gather, celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, and agree on the framework for the work we do as a League in the year ahead.

As a member in good standing, you will be asked to consider the following:
• Proposed Bylaw changes
• The Nominating Committee Report with nominated directors and officers. (Members may make nominations from the floor, provided the consent of the nominee has been secured).
• Adoption of the recommended Operating and Education Fund Budgets for 2026-2027.
• Review and approval of proposed programs of work
